Senior Consultant, Manager & Senior Manager

Our company is growing fast and we are looking for Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager to join our team.

Some of our recent customers’ engagements include for example:

• Business case and pricing strategy for expanding portfolio of subscription services

• IT services price, performance & service quality benchmark

• IT services re-negotiation, outsourcing and transition

• Operating and governance model design for post-merger situation

• Project management for Digital Services development

• Competitive landscape/benchmarking and value proposition analysis to focused key customer verticals

• Strategic transformation design and implementation roadmap based on OKR model

 

 

About the role

The position can be Senior Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager depending on your profile.

We are looking for team players who can lead complex change and development projects.

In this role you will be responsible for concepting the solutions to solve our customer problems, project planning and delivery, develop customer relationship. In addition you will have the possibility to help grow our business by supporting the preparation of new proposals and identifying new opportunities. We are strong believers in continuous development of our people and business, so you will be encouraged and supported to take an active role in developing yourself and our common business practices.

 

About you

Checking most of the boxes below will surely increase your chances to thrive in this role:

• several years of management consulting or equivalent professional working experience, preferably in areas of Information Technology, Digital, Business Development

• Proven track record in managing successful client engagements

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Hands-on experience in some of these areas:

  • Process design

  • Business model design

  • ITSM

  • IT/Digital transformations

  • IT/Digital Outsourcing and Vendor Management

  • IT/Digital services transitions

• Solid facilitation skills

• Self-organized and independent, yet a real team player

 

While the knowledge of Finnish language is not mandatory in principle, we will evaluate on a case by case basis by matching your skills with our project portfolio.

This is a permanent full-time position. Preferred location is Helsinki but remote work within Finland is also possible.
